This is a brief summary of the case directly copied and translated from the casefile;

Christine Schürrerhar March 17, 2008 in the complainants home at: Verktygsgatan 2B in Arboga (Sweden) intentionally deprived Maximilian Janestig, born in May 2004, and Saga Janestig, born in May 2006, life. Christine Schürrer have at one time tried to rob Maximilian Janestig and Saga Janestig's mother, Emma Janestig, life. Danger to attempt completion of the crime has existed or been excluded only because of temporary circumstances.

Christine Schürrer has thus, with a hammer or a hammer-like object as weapon, repeatedly hitted Maximilian Janestig, Saga Janestig and Emma Janestig in their heads and on their bodies.

Maximilian Janestig and Saga Janestig died as a result of the head injuries they suffered because of the violence. Emma Janestig recieved life-threatening wounds and crushing, fractures and pain.
