It doesn't look right to me.
The skin doesn't seem to be reacting around the blade, there really should be more blood smears. It's really too neat.

All of that aside, if someone has stabbed you in the boob, and the blade also stabbed your cheek... ...why would you turn your face so that the knife tip is resting inside your cheek wound? It's obviously putting pressure on her cheek at the time the pic was taken.
