I blew it up on my big screen and there are several obvious photoshop style artifacts. The most obvious being the "smudge" where the dark line highlighting the the bottom of the tit comes to an abrupt end close to the tip of the blade.

nice pic...it looks like the tip of the knife is just a stuck on piece...I think fake but nice nonetheless.

as far as the amount of blood, I don't think it would be a large amount since the knife is still "in"
