I personally know someone that was born with ovaries and testicles. The mother was very sick while pregnant and the baby had many problems as a result. The child was a hermaphrodite (a hermaphrodite is an organism that has reproductive organs normally associated with both male and female sexes). So yes "girls with balls" can happen.
