Another Indonesian Woman Strangled and Dumped by the Road
29 years old this time. She had gone into the city for the night and told her parents she'd be back around 10pm, though she never made it. Her last photo upload was a photo taken from her position riding on the bank of someone's motorcycle. If forensics is correct, it was taken an hour or two at most before she was killed. Her last text post was several crying emojis and a message that she missed her toddler son. He had died two years earlier from an illness. Here body was discovered around 6am by local villagers. It was lying face-up beside an abandoned house alongside the road. Her shirt and bra were pulled up to expose her breasts and she had blood around her nose and mouth, so they covered her with a large banana leaf and called the police. Her belongings (cell phone, jewelry, purse, etc) were located nearby and were unmolested. Forensics picked up the body and brought it in for an autopsy. At that point, most locals presumed she'd fallen off of a motorcycle or something. Police gave a press conference to local news a few hours later to share their initial findings, which were as follows: 1. She had bruising around the throat strongly indicative of strangulation. 2. She had minor injuries on her bare feet (shoes were not discovered) and on her knees. They are, as yet, unexplained. 3. She had blood in her mouth, her tongue was bitten, and her nose was bloody. 4. Her pants were soiled with urine and feces, and the presence of feces was noted inside her underpants. (Though most of us here know that such voiding can happen in many types of death, in Indonesian investigations they always announce these findings in conjunction with strangulation or hanging, so that was their implication in mentioning this fact in the press conference) 4. She was estimated to have been dead no more than 4 hours when discovered, though that is informal until the full autopsy is completed. Will update the story more as I find more. She was very active on social media and posted about 90 selfies a week. I am putting a few here for reference, but please refrain from contributing more antemortems as there are literally thousands. Videos included are mostly news footage videos and some are censored, but they show a lot more of the body being handled and photographed more closely. The last video doesn't serve much purpose, but it was the final video she made and posted from home the night before she was killed. Slice of life, I guess. |

Nope. I wondered myself, just in case. But she was not. At least not that was mentioned in her social media, in the social media of her hundreds of friends, by the police, or in any of the news stories.

Ahaha, oops shit, sorry, I didn't see that you had the video. Ah yeah, you've got the screenshot of the 2 photos in your post, so I went on her profile + got the 2 individual photos. Feel free to swap with yours if you want. I'll remove the video from my post above.
