Another Hostage Situation Ending in Three Dead
On Thursday, at approx. 8pm, three councillors were kidnapped and held for ransom by three criminals. They set up a drop off for the money in return for the councillors return today, only to be met by the police who had planned to catch them at the meet up arranged at a local gas station. The criminals took off with the councillors in the car and a police pursuit took place, ending in a shoot out and all 3 criminals dead. The councillors are all alive and well.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Glad the counselors weren't among the dead. Do the police ever not wait with the money? Seems like even when the kidnappers tell them not to, they do anyway. Wouldn't think too many actually get away with the money.
