Another Depressed Teen Takes an Exit
18 year old girl was found hanging yesterday morning. She had recently been suffering feelings of depression and felt unliked by her peers. Coupled with a lingering misery over a childhood trauma some years earlier, it was too much to swallow. So she noosed up and kicked the chair. Note that she's wearing the exact same clothes in her antemortem photo as she did when she choked out.  ·  ·  ·  · |

She appears happy in the first pic. Maybe something happened later that day (in addition to the depression and remembering the childhood trauma) to push her over the edge.  |

Those of us who are depressed wear a mask of happiness, in order to blend in with society. Just because someone is smiling, doesn't mean they're happy.

Wonder what her childhood trauma was?.......maybe a parent or relative who suffered from depression and also killed themselves? Could be genetic depression...... |
