Another Crispy Car Fire, 2 Dead
On the evening of Thursday a serious accident killed 2 men at BR-104. According to information from the Federal Highway Police, the driver somehow lost control of the vehicle, which went over the embankment and rolled over several times and ignited. One of the victims was a DJ of Radio Liberty AM and the other guy was an employee of a private school of Caruaru in Pernambuco. Both were serving sentences in semi-open regime of resocialization center of Canhotinho and at the time of the accident, they were returning to the unit. As routine, they left the prison in the morning and returned there for the night. One of them was serving time for drug trafficking and the other for assault crime. Also according to information they would've been released from prison in the coming months. The bodies were collected and sent to the Medical Legal Institute in Recife.
