Re: An American Soldier Killed, Burned, and Hung in Iraq
This shit happened on march 31, 2004. They were ambushed in fallujah and pretty much gave america an excuse to invade. There were four americans in two Pajero jeeps. That is way understaffed, They should have had at least one more man in each jeep for some small machine gun support or something? They hit a roadblock in fallujah where iraqi majahedeen were waiting for them. They were sitting ducks out there and died transporting spoons and forks to u.s. troops. It started out as a small ambush but the surrounding iraqis joined in on the fun when the douchebags realized that the men had no back up. The small ambush quickly swarmed into a mob of hundreds. The rip of machine gun fire that tore through the jeeps was followed by them being ingulfed in flames. The mob pulled the scorched bodys out and tore them apart limb from limb... They then hung the remains from a bridge over the euphrates river. Fallujah claimed to be neutral as long as america stayed out. America didnt stay out so these men and a handful of actual u.s. troops died in the battle for fallujah. |
