Thia man who is in his 30's was ambushed by 3 men who blocked his way. They took his wife and kids out the car and took personal items (phone and wallet) and told her to leave the area. She and the kids ran..so did the husband.

The gunmen open fired on him as he reached the barb wire. At first police thought it to be a robbery but after further investigations it is thought to be a revenge killing

If subject was involved in a dangerous activity. Why is he not armed? Is it political? Just stupid behavior? If you are going to play that game I think I would learn to fight through different scenarios.

From what info was given sounds like he was just heading out for the day with family..maybe decided he didn't need a gun.
