After several days without murders in Caruaru, Brazil the tranquility was broken on Saturday 23rd August with a homicide in the district of Cachoeira Seca. The victim, a farmer aged 46years old, lived in Rua do Campo in Cachoeira Seca and was stabbed to death whilst on his bike - or maybe ambushed off his bike then stabbed, hard for me to translate sometimes

The weekend division of the local Task Force could not locate the murderer and no arrests have been made yet.

The victim's son said his father was a good person but drank too much. Even being an alcoholic, he was always mentally sound.

He was killed with two stab wounds to the neck, one on each side and bled to death.
