please dm me if you work healthcare/police/social work: I want to ask you a question. I work addictions/drunk tank and I'm burnt out (low success rate) and would really like to ask some suggestions or just connect with some people.

And sorry to just depressingly ask for help unrelated to the thread. Here's me trying to relate. We have many diabetic/alcoholic clients. We're not allowed to give meds. usually water and incontinence solves the high blood sugar issue enough so that we don't have to ship them. I'm interested if this person died from taking their meds and not eating, or from the seemingly rarer case of dying of hyperglycemia.
