One time I saw the neck of an oxygen cylinder crack and the tank started spinning. Never seen firefighters move so fast, climbing anything they could. The story is that if the valve shears off clean, one of those small portable ones can go through the side of a vehicle.

anything under pressure scares me i seen a cylinder go threw a brick wall holding up the side of a building before and move a half ton truck a foot. the passenger door was where the driver would normally sit.
