I believe that's part of a drinking game, I've played something similar. The pic he has the 13 tattoo not only looks like literal pen, But he is also drinking during the picture. So it could be a drinking game I don't see why a 64yo accountant would have a 13 tattoo on his neck like a gang member... |

I know there was, I seen a video showing a 2nd shooter on 4 floor, don't remember if it was from on here or a different source.. There will definitely be another mass shooting & I can tell you right now, its going to be worst than this last one.. There will be atleast 100 + Killed & over 2500 injured I can feel that its going to happen, Just don't know when or where.. But we can't let these people win.. So just enjoy our lives & make the most of every day & continue living our lives.. If I am ever killed during one of these events where a mass shooting happens, just want to say its been a pleasure sharing Earth with you all.. Seeing can't say anything after I am dead so wanted to put that out there now.. I am going to keep doing what I always do & enjoy life & if its my time, I'm going to keep going to concerts, What happen In Las Vegas isn't going to stop me.. I am going to do other things I enjoy & if become a victim of mass shooting, then so be it & I'll go to my Death with having enjoyed my life doing what I enjoy doing, no nut case is stopping me from enjoying life.. but its going to happen again& its going to be alot worst next time, cause for one that dude that was forth floor will be part of the next one & there just laying back & studying what went wrong in this one & how they can do better next time & possibly even escape, cause he had it mind to try & escape, he just never did.. However he had it mind originally to escape..
