It happened in Indonesia indeed, but the soldier (a Brigadier of the Indonesian National Armed Forces) did set himself on fire by accident, no third parties were involved. They threw a smoke bomb and he was too close to the explosion (many people forget that is better to stay away from a smoke bomb when it explodes).
