Adriele Bruno da Silva Shot by Her Partner, Careiro Castanho, January 2021
At about 6am on January 16, 2021, Adriele Bruno da Silva died after Paulo Andre de Aguiar fired one 20 gauge shotgun round into her head at Mutirao do Purupuru, a rural area of Careiro Castanho, Amazonas, Brazil. Initial reports described him as a former boyfriend who forced his way into the home, but court records identify him as her live-in partner. Witnesses quoted in the record said his jealousy led to constant arguments between them. He had borrowed the shotgun from his nephew's house the previous day. Arrested immediately, he remained in custody and, on July 13, 2022, was convicted of femicide by a jury and given a 15-year, 6-month sentence for immediate enforcement.    |

A brutal crime took place at dawn on Saturday (16), in the municipality of Careiro Castanho, 124km away from Manaus. An unidentified woman was shot to death in the head by her ex-boyfriend, who did not accept the end of the relationship. The Homicide and Kidnapping Police Station will investigate the case. |

The girl actually looked more pretty after the headshot ( not saying she deserved or anything, just find her aftermath photo more "attractive, instead of the lame selfie) That host is either drunk as fuck or just plain dramatic. I think his performance is disrespectful, but oh well....bronchitis and possibly lung cancer will get him eventually |
