This was initially thought to be an accident that happened in the US in reference Adam Gower and a DUI. That reporting seems to have been wrong. These pictures here, from what we can tell, happened in Mexico and involved a tow truck that was hit by some people who were drinking. The initial information about the post was kept and listed below.

Police charged 29-year-old Adam Gower with vehicular homicide and DUI after he crashed his car killing his two male passengers. Police said Gower was driving with a suspended license because of a previous DUI conviction. His blood alcohol level was eight times the legal limit of 0.08 percent at the time of the crash. His two passengers, died at the scene of the crash.
