Actor Keshava Rajan Drowned at Lubuk Degong Waterfall, Bidor, Malaysia
Keshavarajan Latchumanasami, 25, was a Malaysian actor of Indian descent who appeared in Tamil cinema under the screen name Kesavan. On Saturday, November 21, 2015, he drowned at Lubuk Degong waterfall near Bidor, Perak, Malaysia, after slipping into a pool while picnicking with his family and being swept away by the current. At about half past nine the next morning, his body was found lodged between rocks roughly three hundred metres downstream. He had been due to fly to Chennai within days for the release of his debut film, the comedy Ka Ka Ka Po, which was released posthumously on June 8, 2016. The drowning took place in November, not December, and occurred at Bidor rather than Ipoh, Perak's capital city about sixty kilometres north.
