An Accidental Decapitation Resulting from Head Protruding Out of Bus

The more I thought about this post over the last few days, the more it bothered me!
I call BULLSHIT on the explanation. They said her head was outside the bus due to rough riding.
But NONE of the windows on the bus are even out of place.
It looks more to me like the truck hit the bus, gouged into it, and probably decapitated the women INSIDE the bus. I don't think any part of her body was EVER outside the surface of the bus.
It sounds like they are trying to make this the woman's fault, by blaming her for having her head out the window, even if involuntarily, due to rough pavement. But if you look at the pics, none of that makes any sense.
If I relied on my training at the Colombian School of Forensic Medicine and Plumbing, I would say she choked on a marshmallow.
But since I am using just common sense, it looks like manslaughter on the part of the truck driver, whether drunk, or inattentive, or whatever.
