Accident Peugeot Vs Truck 2 Dead
In the afternoon of Thursday ( 07 ), another serious accident happened on the BR -101. Two people died and one was injured . The tragedy involved a passenger car - Peugeot - and a truck. All the victims were in the smaller vehicle . Zenilda and Lyn , who was better known as " Galician " , died on the spot. The third passenger of the Peugeot , identified only as "James", trapped in the wreckage of the vehicle, was rescued alive and taken to the hospital in Itabuna . He remains hospitalized . But the truck driver did not have the name or health status disclosed. Accident causes will be investigated.

the devastation of Brasilian road accidents is just on another scale. The pictures are like the strongest indictment of Brazil's federal and local governments, and their inability to maintain safe roads and encourage safe driving.

That looks like heavy livestock standing at the back of the trailer. That would have been one hell of a job getting that thing out of the ditch.
