Absent Mindedness
In Brazil of course, Ceara state. I read that gangsters are pissed off that the prisons are limiting cell phone use for inmates, and that there's a giant four gang truce happening in that state right now. All of which sounds pretty neat, but the police aren't having it. They're frightened, and so they've been running around tantrumming kids skulls open in an attempt to allay some of their fears.  ·  ·  ·  · |
