they are colombian,you can read "dijin" in the panflets being held in front of the bodies,dijin is the branch of the national police in charge of death investigations, i know cause im colombian, as for the cab accident, you can read neiva in one of the pictures of the plates,thats a colombian city, btw that one could have been prevented by wearing the seat belt.......
