9 Years Old Boy Found Dead in a Beach With Signs of Violence
The body of the boy, J. V. S., aged 9, was found at 5.30am yesterday (03) with a deep wound in the shoulder and broken neck. The Military Police was alerted by a phone and quickly found out that he had been sleeping in a near residence at the invitation of the caretaker of the property, D. R. S., 23. The PM ordered the arrest for the man who, when questioned, said that they drank much booze at night and he does not remember anything and denies having killed the child. The residents tried unsuccessfully to lynch him. |

Re: 9 Years Old Boy Found Dead in a Beach With Signs of Violence
I would like to see the ocean as it's looks like he may have gotten beat up in the surf. Those wounds and scrapes don't look like any beating from a human or animal. They look like they could have come from heavy waves. Autopsy should shed some light on what happened. Water in lungs? Sexual assault? Alcohol in blood?

Re: 9 Years Old Boy Found Dead in a Beach With Signs of Violence
The caretaker of the residence already admitted that the boy spent the whole night before with him, in his apartment; he also stated that they've been drinking alcohol (with a 9 Y.O., and so much that he doesn't remember what happened) + the neighbors stated that the boy was sexually assaulted, then killed, then the man dumped his body on the beach (no details have been released, but the facts that they tried to lynch him, and that he was arrested, not just questioned, suggest that they know more details about what happened); the wound below the shoulder was caused by a sharp object according to the forensic expert, and the fracture of any of one of the cervical vertebrae hardly may occur to a swimmer, while it may occur to surfers and divers; you need a considerable force to cause a cervical fracture, and at sea this may happen only when you hit water at very high speed. The scrapes behind his scapulaes are explainable if the boy was lying on his back during the attack: they're the the most exposed parts of our skeleton: now, think about the boy lying on his back with the weight of the man lying on his chest, holding his head then brutally turning it This is what happened IMHO, but only autopsy will shed some light on what happened as you correctly pointed out. |
