Last picture looks like the guy got "ripped a new asshole". To my untrained eye, it appears his old rectum / colon is ripped out and laying on his pants leg, and the dark hole in his crotch is where it was... I wonder how that would happen except maybe getting impaled with a stick shift up the ass or another car part.

There also appears to be shit blown onto his other pants leg at the hip.

Is this a DR first, an exploding colon?
