Most probably because it is a no holds barred country. Anything you need to abuse yourself, you will find there cheap. especially things you cant acquire in your own country legally.

Ah yes. I've been the "victim" of my then 19 year old Asian girl friend since I was 50. 24 years of victimhood and counting. Loved every minute.
