John Espindula of about 65 years, was killed by repeated blows of a machete. The crime happened Wednesday 3rd march 2010 when Valdecir and the victim began arguing after a night of drinking. Valdecir seized a knife and attacked the victim on the couch in his house. He was arrested and claims self-defense.   |
