I know the markings are indentation from lying on the wood in fourth pic Maybe something stuck to the skin or something underneath the skin is empathised.

Yup They removed his shirt to look for bullet holes or some sort and while doing that maybe some rubbish got stuck to the skin.
Thought they were weird growths lol

I think they are the same thing that there is a lot of on the ground. Maybe some sort of stone or pieces of plaster that were laying there and stuck to him.
