13. may 2012. Venezuela. The 37 yo man was just released from prison on probation, when he was shot in a grill restaurant. Two men came in, called at him, and shot him when he came.

But the reason for posting him is not the story, but the way his hands are stuffed in his underwear for transport. It's seen before, but it's very clear in this image.
