This happened in Dominican Republic from sunday 4/11 to wednesday 7/11.

The 34 years old women had pain and went to bed on sunday. A doctor couldn't find anything wrong, but she died the same day.

So much is clear from the messy google translation that a friend opened the lid of the coffin to say goodbye and found the corpse soft and fresh, and not just that, but also responsive: Opening her eyes and moving her hand.

One relative tried to give her something to drink, but spilled on her dress - that's why it is dirty.

The relatives took the corpse to a witch, because they believed that the woman was "sold to the devil". As I have understood it, the meaning was to free her and let her find rest, not to revive her - but I'm not sure.

The video does not show the witch at work - he (or she) wouldn't allow any onlookers.

The story sounds incredible, but I have used several hours searching, and it is mentioned on many sites also in serious media and not just as reposts. And not just that - there was a parallel case in 2011. So maybe we should just conclude that some people in Dom Rep are superstitious.

La señora es nativa del Sector de Mendoza, y callo en cama con un dolor la llevaron al medico y no le encontraron nada y luego murió el domingo a las doce de la noche en punto, según informan los familiares, una de sus amigas dijo bueno amiga que Dios la tenga en gloria destapa la caja para depedirme de ella pero mi corazon me dice que ella esta viva y cuando destaparon la caja estaba llorando o mas bien votando lagrimas de los ojos, y mas luego ellos la pararon el la caja y la mujer abrio los ojos y movio las manos cuando le la amiga ledijo hablame yo se que tu estas viva,. espere los vídeos 5 en total

Hoy yo daniel paez - de danielconelpueblo ,con dolor de nuestro corazón vimos enterrar el cuerpo de Candida Montero Medina, quien hoy jueves con 4 días de muerta clinicamente, no presenta signos naturales de putrefacción , mal olor cambio de color de piel, hinchason de abdomen y dureza de cuerpo , que son cosas propias de una persona al momento de morir dos o tres días después. le recomendamos que porque no acudieron a un medico especialista antes de un brujo y no supieron responderme con el entendido de que un especialista apoyado en la ciencia medica con el auspicio de salud publica puede aun levantar ese cadaver y hacerle una autopcia pues entendemos que la señora puede tener una catalecia extendida o mas bien un chok cerebral

Not much doubt there - she is dead an buried.

The most mysterious is perhaps that she wasn't buried on monday, which would be normal in the hot climate, as far as I know.

A few months ago I posted a young girl who was poisoned by a witchdoctor also in Dom Rep - we are close to Voodoo-land in Haiti. So my personal belief is that the friends and relatives are simply superstitious and give supranatural interpretations to something that has a natural explanation, and that they maybe have "seen" things that didn't happen at all.

But as said, I have only google to lean on - I don't understand spanish, and the translation was almost as hard to understand

Wow, that's a strange story! The woman below us is into jiggery pokery - everytime a man knocks on her door/goes in her house (postman, gasman, council workers), she gets these sticks out and, while chanting, bangs every wall in the house. To ward off evil I imagine. It's nuts
