I'll try to check up on the story, later - I'm pretty busy today and in the weekend, but it will be first thing to do. If it's fake, it of course has to be removed. What makes me suspicious - and did already yesterday, but maybe not enough - is the perfectly tied hangmans knot. I have never seen that in a suicide. |

I cannot get the story confirmed - it's from a regional mexican general newssite. I am sure they wouldn't post faked stories or illustrative images (don't know the correct english term, but I mean images, which have nothing to do with the event - just used as illustration) without saying so. Any of their local readers could say: "That's not him!". In my opinion there is nothing wrong with the picture - he looks both dead and hanged to me - apart from that damned knot  It's published as an editorial note, but they could have been fooled themselves - who knows, maybe the editor was drunk  But if so, it should be removed from the site during the day, and it is still there. I'll keep an eye on that.So I'm really not sure, and it is maybe best to remove the thread. |
