I have found this site to be among the very best run (moderated & otherwise) that I have seen on the entire net.

There are reasonable rules for a reason and there is generally a fairly and generously wide latitude where/when warranted.

Otherwise there would be CHAOS which would quickly devolve into complete INSANITY which some people prefer.
