Normal to sit in a window to stay cool in tropical locations, easy to get startled and fall or have a flimsy screen let go. In any case it's too late to ask her.  |

It is certainly a possibility that she accidentally fell. I would say that it is most likely. Her body looks almost undamaged, and if she really wanted to commit suicide, she would have chosen a fallheight that would harm her body more than that.

Her tummy in the first pic of her looks a bit puffy and has a dark line down it, could she have been pregnant? Then the guy has his hand on her tummy in the following shot. Maybe that was why the attempt to save her?
