That's the type of ghetto crap mentality that is destroying the US. No one sees anything nor hears anything and half the time, family helps them.

I said there should be a new law that if someone if found guilty and sentenced to death, then anyone assisting them should also be sentenced to death. Maybe that will cause some people to be responsible and speak up.

Sorry to be on a soapbox but a police officer who was a family friend was killed by this one animal repeat offender and his own damn family helped him to relocate to Florida before authorities found him.

The bad guys seem allways to be at least one step ahead of the police, so it is quite understandable that people are too scared to speak.

Sad to say, even if lawenforcement promise protection, they can't deliver the goods.
