Absolute carnage descended upon this poor family on Monday night, leaving few survivors and many hours of horror in its wake.

15 year old girl with a 6-month old baby gave her creepy ginger boyfriend the icy shoulder a couple of months ago. Having no independent means, she leaned upon the largesse of her older sister and her husband. They allowed her and the baby to move in until she got herself situated.

Things proceeded well enough along and times were copacetic for all up until Monday when, in an abyssal stroke of bad luck, the two girls' younger sister (12) also came for a visit, planning on staying just the day and night to go to a Mardi Gras carnival with her sisters.

Seems that the angry ex, who had been nurturing devilish thoughts in his soulless ginger heart, chose that night of all nights to wreak his blood vengeance on the ex-girlfriend who had the good sense to move past him.

He approached the house late in the evening, after everyone had returned tired from the day's festivities and were lounging around or preparing for bed. Details of the proceedings are unclear, but he laid a cunning attack and took the entire house unawares. The older sister's husband engaged him in a frenzied melee, but was unarmed and off-guard and the machete made short work of him. He was cut deeply in the chest, with the blade penetrating at least one of his lungs. He managed to crack The Redhead reaper a blow to the head, but it wasn't enough to stop him.

By the time the machete had stopped falling, a swathe of carnage had been cut that would have left Jason Vorhees jealous. Blood painted the walls and the two younger sisters were murdered in the living room, both slashed and left to bleed out in mortal agony. The eldest sister tried to flee and get help, but he chased her into the yard and cut her down, then fled into the night.

The neighbors called the policia when they heard the screams of pain and terror, but only the husband was left alive and his injuries are grave.

The Unhinged Ginge was apprehended shortly thereafter and will be unlikely to survive a stint in Brazilian's notorious prison system.

As a small mercy, the baby was found by the police, fast asleep and unmolested in his crib, angelically blissful of the bloodbath that would change his future forever.

Sucks for the poor souls. Hopefully the guy pulls through and takes care of the child since the biological father is a dipshit

Eh. I knew several girls with kids at 15 and I went to a private Catholic high school in a middle class town in the middle of the US over 25 years ago.

It's not uncommon when I'm reading Brazilian news to see girls of 12 or 13 with kids. By 15 they're married as often as not in some of the more rural or over-urbanized areas down there. Just a fact of life.

Guys that do this... why? Sure you must have some rage but do they ever think of the poor kid? It'll probably now be passed off in foster homes for the rest of its life and probably turn out like it's parents. I remember reading an article here in Australia, guy raged on his ex and chased her down - she ended up having a car crash and he smashed her head in with an extinguisher instead of helping her.
