28 Year Old Venezuelan Woman Dead in the Water with a Messed Up Face
On the afternoon of 2nd January 2018 in the Higuamo river in San Pedro de Macorís, the body of 28 year old K.A.P.A. was found. 'K', who had been missing for 3 days, was strangled to death with a cable. 'K' was from Venezuela + had only been in the Dominion Republic for a few days.

Or the killers sawed up her face and right arm before pitching her body into the water? The economy in Venezuela is forcing residents to flee to unsafe areas and jobs.
