I think its legit. She obviously has a contact wound look at the blackening on the shirt. With that goes thousands of PSI into the body cavity. This along with the cauterization could have stopped all heart functions. It looks like suicide to me. I have seen women shoot themselves several times in the chest and back to commit suicide. There is no limit to what you will see in a suicide. Those who say always or never when pointing toward evidence of suicide have never had to live it. There is no such thing.
