Slaughters in Guatemala are way messier than Mexico. If it was Mexicans it would of been neat and orderly. They would have assembled people into a group and tied them up properly. Maybe even taken time to have them speak final words on a video. Write legible (misspelled) Narcomessages and then dismember everyone right down to the hands and feet, legs etc. And everything would be in one place. Even seperate and line up the parts sometimes for the neatness bonus. Guatamalans just dont' have that same work ethic.
