A woman about 25 years, not identified, was found dead in Maceió. The body was inside the Mundaú Lake and was found and removed from the water by a fisherman at around 21.40.

Initially, the suspicion was that she had drowned. However, the fisherman who pulled the body of water noticed a shot in the left axilla (armpit) of the girl, who was wearing only the bottom of a bikini when she was found.

It is assumed that the young person has gone out to have fun with one or more individuals and was eventually murdered. The corpse had been thrown into the pond to delay its discovery and identification. The hypothesis that she was raped before being killed will be considered by the Institute of Criminology.

The Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) was triggered to collect the body. The expectation is that the young family appear to recognize the girl during the weekend. The case will be investigated by the 7th Police District (DP).
