In Mexico innocence ain't what it used to be. I've seen photos and videos of young teenage boys and girls carrying out brutal executions. For all anyone knows, this 'single mother of one' has a bodycount higher than Bundy.

Not quite sure I understand what you don't understand

But she had obviously pissed a narcocartelboss, who let his folks get her in her home, drove her far out in the countryside, shot her and left her in the car with a note stating that she had really pissed him. For some reason they took the licenseplates from the car - maybe they would use them the next time too.
