Here in the US, if you try to get that close to an accident scene, you'll get threatened with arrest. Several years ago, I was trapped about 1/4-mile behind a huge, burning wreck on the WB PA Turnpike. State Storm Troopers wouldn't even let me walk to within visual range in the wide adjacent field, even after the flames were out.  |

The guy with the Ray Ban glasses shirt "saw" the whole thing.   , Is the guy with the whistle a survivor of the accident? Did he swallowed the darn thing and is trying to talk!!

Man, that fire must have just incinerated them instantly, by the looks of it. Terrible thing, with that little bare foot hanging out of the truck cab.  |
