Good video, makes the wait worth it. Wonder what she was thinking when she jumped? |

Re: 23 Yo Girl with Panic Disorder Jumps Off Her Apartment to Death
I have panic attacks and I can say it can suck but I've never thought of jumping off a roof. Just something you've got to get through. But with a panic disorder I think it just happens whenever. Like for me I can tell when I'm overwhelmed and might get an attack. I think the disorder is you just get it out of the blue and never know when it will happen. |

Re: 23 Yo Girl with Panic Disorder Jumps Off Her Apartment to Death
A few years ago a good friend of mine opened his car door and jump out whilst still driving. He claimed that he had a sudden rush of panic and all he could think of was to get the fuck out of there in an instant - Him and car ended up through a hedge and into a field. He says that he's never had a history of panic attacks and the reason for this panic was completely unknown. Since then, he occasionly gets them, but not as severe as his first. |

Re: 23 Yo Girl with Panic Disorder Jumps Off Her Apartment to Death
You nailed it. The worst attack I ever had was at a George Thorogood And The Destroyers concert, without George. I got overwhelmed and freaked out on my gf and a couple that was with us. I wasn't suicidal, but I acted completely out of character. Looking back, I believe I could have commited violent acts to get away from the crowd. It's a VERY scary feeling to lose control like that.
