23 Year Old Shot 5 Times in the Street.
In the early afternoon of Thursday, February 4, the Police Central Military was called and informed that a man had been the victim of gun shots. The victim was targeted by at least 5 shots, and the hospital was identified that it was targeted by at least 1 shot in the head, the face twice, 1 in the chest and 1 to the abdomen. The victim was immediately taken to the operating room, but did not survive. The victim was known to the police. He was arrested with drugs in October 2013, in the company of two others. The victim's body was removed to the morgue and will be necropsied and the medical examiner will identify the exact amount of shots in the body.      |

I think that's a neurological symptom. Babinski sign of something like that But that's when a doctor rubs that plastic pointy thing on your foot it usually fans out like that as a sign of something wrong neurologically, so maybe it happened as he was shot in the head?
