22 Years Old with Ankle Bracelet Killed
not much info, He served time for robbery and was released with a ankle bracelet, The mother said her son practiced various offenses and had many enemies. The coroner said that the victim was killed with a shot in the head.

It keeps a GPS record of where he is at and where he has been. In the US most have strict rules. Work (or look for work), school, curfew at dark etc.

yes it does withstand water and temperature and if they take it off they lose their chance they were given on parole and back to jail they go..It is usually put on those that had a early or conditional release from jail on parole or who had to do house arrest instead of jail time and some are only allowed so many feet from their house or it signals whomever it was set up to signal.I think in the PI they just kill people and not spend money on prison unless you have a relative in government.Remember Lindsey Lohan the movie star ?? she had one put on her a few years ago..
