21 Yo Shot Behind a Prison & Block to Face
The young Milânio Eugenio da Silva, 21, was shot to death by drug traffickers behind a prison located in the neighborhood of the Board of Martins. A building block was also thrown in the face of the youth.

According to surveys of police, Eugenio doing "odd jobs" in a hardware store. The young man died about 300 meters where he lived at Rua Padre Cicero.
