A 21-year-old woman was shot to death at the back of public utility jeep in Consolacion, Cebu, Philippines at 10:00 AM on September 21, 2017.

My older brother was also killed in cebu a year ago. His head was bashed with a huge rock from behind. Criminal still at large.
