Obviously Miss January was posed for the photo. All of them looked like they were on the front line at the time of death. Brave and Honorable women, all of them.

Yeah, it was the photo that gave me the calendar idea. I like Miss August too--with the mountains in the background. They're almost all Kurdish girls. I can tell now pretty well now because of those "Hammer Time" pants they all wear. Oh yeah, December is cool too. They still have on their climbing stuff, like they were shot right off the side of a mountain. |

Great work!!! So many lovely dead woman warriors -- someone should make a movie about them. As for December, I'd vote for one of the photos with multiple bodies. My personal fave is the first one - the two girls' on the pavement, their corpses stripped to their bare feet. |

These are Kurdish girls mostly, maybe totally, so no nation. All the Kurdish groups are extremely communist though, if they had a nation it would be too. I hate that bullshit too, but as far as how these girls are treated here, and by whom, these would be Turkish soldiers mostly treating them this way.
