He had been missing since the night before when he left with a friend.
He was killed by a shot in the head and beside the corpse was found a pipe for smoking crack and a lot of marijuana.
Close by the police found two .38 caliber ammunition.

According to the police he was in company of his friend David (17) who was shot but the bullet grazed his head. He escaped by pretending to be dead
He testified at the police station that it was the place he and his friend used to consume drugs, however there was a misunderstanding between two other individuals that have been identified by police and shot his friend and tried to shoot him also.

Police said the victim was involved in robberies since his girlfriend reported to police that he had purchased a gun recently but on the night of the crime the weapon was not found.
