2 Young Men Shot Dead by the Police
On 4th April in Santiago, 2 criminals, Freddy Encarnación Rubiera + José Arturo Villanueva, were shot dead by police. The pair had been evading the police + the mother of José had been hiding them. She + 2 young girls were arrested.               |
