The body of two women and one man were discovered in a gap, apparently with signs of violence and having been victims of a disagreement between drug gangs.

The victims appeared in the municipality of Ciudad Valles , in the state of San Luis Potosí , in Mexico . In the narco message left next to the victims , they were accused of being sellers of a drug known as crystal meth. Two women and one man were tortured and killed.

The three murdered were taken to the local morgue where they underwent the autopsies dictated by Mexican law and determined the cause of their death.

The crime coincides with the appearance of a video where alleged hitmen of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel ( CJNG ) announced their arrival in another municipality of San Luis Potosí, that of Villa de Arriaga. (video is on twitter, can't download it)

In the scenes they appear about six supposed members of the group led by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias “El Mencho” or “El Señor de los Gallos”, showing weapons that point to the air.

The hitmen, who cover their faces with black hoods, show a message that reads: "Villa de Arriaga is from the CJNG " while they shout obscenities and encourage people to celebrate with them the supposed arrival of this criminal group. According to reports from the Executive Secretariat of the National Public Security System (SESNSP), during the first quarter of 2019, in San Luis Potosí there were 222 homicides.
