Its a common practice of trucking companies over here. you should see how they transport sand for concreting projects. imagine a 5 inch glass... fill it up to the brim.... then heap about 4 inches more on the top (like additional scoops of ice cream), then cover it with tarp/canvas covers. Then they drive it around on our uneven and dilapidated highways. i never drive behind these things because of the pebbles and sand constantly flying to your windshield.
